活性炭改性

 普通的活性炭通过改性之后就能变得与原来的功效变得更大,吸附能力上升、吸附效率提高、孔隙结构增大、化学稳定性能好,经久耐用等特点,经过各种不同的化学操作改性之后的活性炭就被叫住改性活性炭或活性炭改性。

 

活性炭如何改性?

1、表面氧化活性炭改性法

 王重庆等人研究了用双氧水和硝酸,在醋酸铜溶液进行表面改性后的活性炭对二氧化碳的吸附性能。研究发现通过氧化改性活性炭的表面酸性官能团含量增加,从而引起活性炭表面的极性变化,进而影响在活性炭表面的特征吸附能。特征吸附能随着表面酸性官能团的增加而增加,可能也对吸附二氧化碳有促进作用。

 电化学改性是利用微电场,使活性炭表面的电性和化学性质发生改变,从而提高吸附的选择性和吸附性能。它不需要加化学药剂,也不需要加热。不会造成对环境的污染,能耗低,仅在几百毫伏内进行,操作方便。
