活性炭除臭

一、改性活性炭介绍

 活性炭一般为黑色粉末或块状,颗粒状、圆柱状、蜂窝状等无定型碳、活性炭里除了碳元素外,还包含两类掺和物:一类是化学结合的元素,主要是氧和氢,这些元素是由于未完全炭化而残留在炭中,或者在活化过程中,外来的非碳元素与活性炭表面化学结合;另一类掺和物是灰分,它是活性炭的无机部分,灰分在活性碳中易造成二次污染。活性炭由于具有较强的吸附性,广泛应用于生产、生活中。改性活性炭是活性炭的改进优化版,一般都是通过碱处理或者酸处理等手段,通过改变活性炭的性质,增加表面官能团,使其具有一定的催化特性。改性后的改性活性炭对比普通的活性炭吸附能力和吸附效率大大提升,同时改性活性炭海南4+1在吸附饱满之后不会再释放出有害物质,避免了对大气环境的二次污染。
